What is White Tiger Soul?
Old Wu, the White Tiger Guardian, stands high behind the pyramid on Desert Island. The quest text asks you to unlock island 3 and bring 3 Legendary fish caught there, each at least 1,000 kg. The buff screen lists +10% movement speed, +5% extra skill damage for Eighteen Fish Slaying Hook Arts, and +5% extra skill damage for I Ching Twelve Hook Arts. No skill from I Ching Twelve Hook Arts is documented yet. Snow Island also wants three Desert Legendary fish, at any weight, so the two quests together need six.

How do you use White Tiger Soul?
Give this quest the heavy Desert Legendary fish and keep lighter ones for the Snow Island gate. The movement speed helps travel and the Fossil Island parkour. It does not add the luck that Azure Dragon Soul adds.
